Leisure
Private Outdoor Living
The property includes a year-round outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and a sun terrace, both open all year. A picnic area and BBQ facilities are set within a garden, backed by outdoor furniture for al fresco dining. CCTV cameras cover the outdoor recreation area, noted by a past guest as a factor that took away from the private feel.
Accommodation and Comforts
The Two-Bedroom House offers two bedrooms and three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy fireplace. A washing machine, balcony, and private pool are included in the rental. Wine or champagne can be arranged, and family rooms are available, with non-smoking rooms throughout the property.
Location
The property is situated at an altitude of 1000 meters, which makes the evenings chilly in December. The road up the mountain to the property is a challenge and takes 20 minutes. Taoro Park and Plaza Charco are 11 km away, the Botanical Gardens 12 km away, and Tenerife North Airport is 32 km from the house.
Amenities
Free on-site private parking is provided, along with free WiFi available throughout the property. Express check-in/check-out and private check-in/check-out are offered, with key access and smoke alarms for safety. Heating is available, and the property is non-smoking throughout.
Guest Insights
A guest who stayed 7 nights rated the property 7 out of 10, praising the outdoor area, cellar, and views when weather permits. The same guest noted the pool never heated up and was too cold to use in December, and the property is shaded by trees all morning. The house has two kitchens but no oven, which made cooking pizzas a challenge.
