Book Finca Don Victor in Playa de San Juan (Tenerife), Tenerife

Finca Don Victor sits directly on the beachfront in Playa de San Juan, with the ocean audible day and night. The property is surrounded by banana trees, placing guests within a working plantation while staying steps from the shore. Barrera Beach is a 2-minute walk away, and the promenade leading to local restaurants is 10 minutes on foot.

The holiday home includes an outdoor swimming pool that stays open all year, with sun loungers, beach chairs, and sun umbrellas provided. Pool and beach towels are available, and the terrace offers direct sea views. The garden and terrace areas are private, enclosed behind a locked gate shared only with one neighboring property.

Each one-bedroom house comes with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additional practical amenities include a washing machine, laundry detergent, clothing iron, and hair dryer. The interior has no indoor doors, which guests noted in reviews, and opens to banana trees from every window.

Los Gigantes cliffs are 8 km from the property, and the Aqualand water park is 19 km away. Siam Park, one of Tenerife's largest water parks, lies 22 km from the hotel. Tenerife South Airport is 38 km distant, with easy access to the island's southern resorts.
