The outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by a fence and offers a pool with a view over the garden. Sun loungers and beach chairs are set out on the sun terrace. The property also maintains a lush garden with outdoor furniture for seating.

A secure gated compound with 24-hour security and key access protects the grounds. The private car park uses an electric fob for the main electric gates, and street parking is also available. Each apartment has a safety deposit box.

Bobo Beach is a 6-minute walk away, and Siam Park is less than 1 km from the apartment. Aqualand and Golf Las Americas are also within easy reach. Scuba diving can be arranged in the surroundings, and Tenerife South Airport is 18 km away.

The young lady who works at the property met guests outside when they could not find the complex name due to overgrown trees. She was described as very helpful, polite, and accommodating despite limited English. The secure parking and gates were appreciated by a couple who stayed 2 nights.
