Renovated apartment with a terrace and views, steps from Puerto de la Cruz center
Location
Apartamento LAS FLORES sits 25 km from Tenerife North Airport, with Playa del Muelle and Plaza Charco within walking distance. Taoro Park is 700 metres away, and the Botanical Gardens are 3.2 km distant. The property stands on the second floor, and the route to La Orotava center involves a steep slope.
Rooms
The one-bedroom apartment includes a living room with a sofa bed and a recently renovated interior. Guests have a private entrance, a washing machine, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Each room comes with air conditioning and a private bathroom.
Amenities
The hotel provides private check-in and check-out, with key access and fire extinguishers in place. Free WiFi is available throughout the property, and an airport shuttle operates with pick-up and drop-off services. Parking is available in front of the house, and an invoice is provided upon request.
Terrace and Views
A notable feature of the apartment is its terrace with views over the surrounding area. The outdoor space serves as a quiet spot after trips to Teide National Park or the forests beyond La Orotava.
Accessibility
The property is on the second floor without an elevator, so mobility-impaired guests may find access difficult. Street parking is located directly in front of the house. The apartment is set on a pedestrian street lined with plants, keeping the location central yet quiet.
